This legal notice applies to the website throneseeker.com as well as to the mobile application offered under the name "ThroneSeeker" (distributed via the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store). The provider and contracting party for in-app purchases (ThroneSeeker Pro, Knight Without Realm), subject to the respective platform terms, is the responsible party named above.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible under § 7 (1) DDG for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific legal violation. Upon becoming aware of corresponding legal violations, we will remove such content without delay.

Map data come from OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License; map tiles are provided by Geoapify.

"ThroneSeeker" and the crown-and-needle logo are unregistered word/figurative marks of ByteSide.io. "ByteSide" is the umbrella brand of the responsible party named above. Other trademarks mentioned (e.g. Google Play, Android, Apple, App Store, OpenStreetMap, Geoapify) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification.

Accessibility

As a micro-enterprise, this offering is exempt from the accessibility-statement requirement of the German Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG). Accessibility is part of development anyway: the website is checked for keyboard navigation and a clean structure for screen readers, and the app carries accessibility labels and sufficiently large touch targets. Dispute resolution

Notice under § 36 VSBG (German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act): we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
